All levels, all bodies, all journeys — you're always welcome here.

Flow

Our Flow class is a dynamic vinyasa‑style practice that links movement and breath into one continuous, intentional sequence. Designed for students with a solid foundation in yoga, this class offers an energizing blend of strength, mobility, and mindful pacing.

You’ll move through a steady “flow” of postures—sometimes challenging, sometimes spacious—with opportunities to explore intermediate variations as you build heat and confidence. Expect creative transitions, thoughtful sequencing, and a rhythm that keeps you present from start to savasana.

Perfect for students who feel comfortable with foundational poses and are ready to deepen their practice through fluid movement and breath‑led exploration.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is an all-level class offering a mindful approach to vinyasa (poses linked together in a "flow" with breath), inviting you to move with ease and awareness. We’ll move at a steady pace, linking breath with movement to create a sense of spaciousness and calm. Whether you’re just beginning your practice or returning to the mat with experience, Slow Flow is a chance to tune in and strengthen your practice. Expect grounded sequences, thoughtful transitions, and plenty of options to support your body’s needs.

Roots

This class is focused on the fundamentals of the practice; creating a strong foundation for the practice of yoga. Postures are taught from the ground up with precise alignment cues and include the use of props to support the practice. Roots classes simplify the language and practice to empower students and help them become confident practitioners of any class.

Strong & Calm

Strong & Calm is a mixed level yoga class that builds strength, stamina, and joint stability by holding active standing and seated poses for longer periods of time. Classes are creatively sequenced to challenge both the body and the mind. You will find meditative movements paired with a focused attention to breath, while the use of props will allow you to move more deeply into the postures. Expect to achieve an increased body, breath, and mind awareness with a sense of calm.

Restore

Relaxing and restful on the surface, restorative is a therapeutic practice that supports healing on the inside. Whether you take restorative yoga for therapeutic purposes or as a rejuvenating and relaxing complement to your challenge classes, restorative yoga calms the nervous system and allows for deep tissue healing. Props are used to support the body fully for ease, no strain or tension during the long period in which poses are held.

Trauma Informed Restorative

This gentle, restorative class is designed to help you reconnect with your body in a supportive and trauma‑conscious environment. Through slow, grounding movement and intentional breathwork, you’ll learn how to hold compassionate space for yourself—physically, emotionally, and energetically. All shapes are invitational, everyone is welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed. This class is offered free to the community as part of our commitment to accessible healing and collective well‑being and lead by Mariah Peloso, LCSW and Somatic Psychotherapist.

Gentle

This class takes a gentle approach to the practice of yoga focusing on slower movements, breath work, stretching, and relaxation. Perfect for anyone who wants a slower, more meditative or less heated type practice. Class is spent in a variety of positions, such as laying on the back or stomach, and seated postures, but students should be able to transition on/off the floor for gentle kneeling or standing poses.

This class is suitable for those looking for a less weight-baring experience or those with limitations in mobility or recovering from injuries or surgery.

Chair Yoga

The gentlest form of yoga, it is practiced sitting in a chair, or using a chair for support to adapt yoga positions and poses. Suitable for all ages and levels, perfect for someone recovering from an injury, pregnant, seniors or those looking for a less strenuous yoga experience.

Yin

The yin practice encourages the release of contraction held in the connective tissues of the body, including ligaments and bones. Yin yoga complements dynamic yoga practices, which primarily focus on change at the muscular level (yang). Passive postures are held typically for three to five minutes to allow for deep release. Focus on the breath and awareness of sensations that arise during the asana promote a meditative state. Challenge your threshold for stillness as you move inward to find balance and connect with an increased fluidity and stability of the joints and of the mind.

Stretch & Roll

Our Stretch & Roll class invites your body and breath to open with an extended hold of passive postures for a deep release and stretch. While exploring yoga shapes typical in a Yin class, Stretch & Roll offers an opportunity for further myofascial release (a release of contraction held in places such as connective tissue) with the option to include props such as foam rollers, release balls, blocks, bolsters, and blankets. No yoga experience is required to take this class. Props used may include: foam rollers, blocks, strap, bolster, blankets, release balls (e.g. tennis balls)

Aerial Roots

Get ready for a beginner‑friendly, all‑levels aerial yoga adventure where the aerial hammock lifts your practice off the ground. We’ll ease in with a warmup in the fabric, stretch, and explore simple poses that feel both accessible and exciting. From there, you’ll have the option to try inversions, experiment with playful, yet challenging poses, and discover what it feels like to float.

We’ll wrap up with a dreamy cooldown and a relaxing hammock rest that feels like being cocooned in your own little cloud. This uplifting experience builds upper‑body and core strength in a way that feels more like play than work. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class so we can get your fabric set to your perfect height. If you arrive over 10 minutes late, we have the right to refuse your entry into our class for safety reasons.

Aerial Flow

Class moves at a faster pace and consists of more complex aerial yoga poses. This class challenges the core and upper body strength and increases body awareness.

Morning Meditation and Breathwork

These morning meditation sessions are intentionally designed to support clarity, focus, and conscious creation, setting the tone for a productive, aligned day ahead.

Each 30 minute practice begins with grounding and breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. We then move through a guided body scan, softening tension and opening the mind body connection.

From there, we enter the heart of the practice: one of 23 rotating meditations, each using a different technique or modality. While the experiences vary from healing visualizations and guided journeys to sound creation and open awareness mindfulness, every session shares a common intention to engage and program the prefrontal center of the mind for clarity, manifestation, and purposeful action throughout the day.

We close with a period of reflection supported by live music and vocals, allowing insights and intentions to integrate before you step into your day.

Join us for a powerful and beautiful way to begin your morning, centered, inspired, and ready to create.

Evening Breath Club

Evening Breath Club is your 30‑minute evening reset — a simple, soothing ritual to help you unwind, clear mental clutter, and reconnect with your inner calm before the day closes.

Each session offers 20 minutes of intentional breathwork to release tension and quiet the mind, followed by 10 minutes of deeply restorative savasana to let everything settle in your body. No experience needed. Just show up as you are.

Every month, we explore a new breath technique, giving you a growing toolkit you can use anytime stress spikes, sleep feels elusive, or you just need a moment of grounding.

Expect gentle guidance, unhurried pacing, and a space that feels like a soft landing at the end of your day — a place to breathe, reset, and remember yourself.
