Heather Hopper

Yoga Teacher

Heather Hopper was introduced to yoga in 1997 and became a dedicated practitioner in 2002. Encouraged by her teachers, she began teaching in 2006 while working as a third-grade educator, offering after-school yoga classes for colleagues and children. In 2007, Heather completed her 200-hour teacher training with Alpha Omega Yoga in Dallas under Sheri Cherokee and Rogelio Chapa. By 2010, she left the elementary classroom to pursue yoga teaching full-time, working with adults, children, and children with special needs and learning differences.

Yoga has profoundly shaped Heather’s outlook on life, helping her grow not only as a teacher, but as a colleague, partner, and person. She teaches with honesty, humor, and heart, and credits her ongoing practice with making her a better mother to her son—who she considers her greatest teacher.

Heather is an E-RYT 500, RCYT, and YACEP registered with Yoga Alliance and has held an RYT-200 certification since 2007. Her extensive training includes Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Therapeutic and Trauma-Informed Yoga, Chair Yoga, Heavyweight Yoga, Yoga for the Special Child, Children’s and Family Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Mindfulness, Aromatherapy, and Reiki. Joshua Hill

Yoga Teacher

Joshua is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Sound Healer, and Reiki II practitioner with training in Hatha and Yin yoga, meditation, and breathwork. His classes emphasize slow, intentional movement and conscious breathing, offering a grounded and accessible practice for all levels. With a steady and supportive teaching style, he focuses on nervous system regulation, mobility, and mindful awareness, creating space for students to move without force and reconnect with their bodies in a sustainable way.

Drawn equally to stillness and vibration, Joshua’s work naturally extends beyond movement into the therapeutic use of sound. His sound baths are shaped by the same principles found in his yoga teaching—presence, pacing, and deep listening—offering participants a space for rest, clarity, and emotional release. Blending acoustic and electronic sound, he works with gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, synthesizers, and other harmonic instruments to create immersive environments that support regulation and restoration. This integrated path reflects a long-standing interest in how breath, movement, and sound each offer distinct yet complementary ways to support balance, resilience, and well-being.

Her body therapist background has given her a deep understanding of the human body, shaping a thoughtful and compassionate approach to movement. Guided by a long-standing passion for fitness, she emphasizes safe, intentional practices that support strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Sandra Fazal

Yoga Teacher

Sandra is a RYT 500–hour certified yoga instructor, accredited by Yoga Alliance, and a F.L.Y. Aerial Yoga teacher at The Yogi Treehouse and Honor Yoga. In 2023, she completed her 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Albina and Roger Rippy. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to study the Yoga Sutras with Ricky Tran and explore functional anatomy with Robert Boustany.

Sandra’s yoga journey began over 17 years ago, evolving naturally from Pilates. What started as a physically focused practice gradually became a path to personal liberation, offering tools for deeper self-connection and inner awareness. Meditation is an essential part of her daily life, and she believes breathwork and mindful awareness are the foundation of a truly embodied yoga practice—both on and off the mat.

Aerial yoga is Sandra’s latest passion. She teaches aerial flow, skillfully blending classical yoga postures with hammock-supported techniques to create a sense of lightness, support, and exploration.

Sandra lives by the philosophy that every time we step onto the mat is an opportunity to begin again. She finds great joy in holding space for her students and sharing the transformative, joyful experience of yoga.
